Сербия: Malomfesztivál 2026 (VSS2606)

Проект организован молодежной культурной ассоциацией "Wemsical Serbia", основанной в августе 2014 года.

Среди прошлых проектов ассоциации — Malomfestival в Ороме (Сербия), который проводится с 2014 года (с перерывами) и ежегодно требует наибольшей организационной отдачи. Это не просто музыкальный фестиваль, а целая серия мероприятий, включающая многодневный арт-лагерь. Фестиваль стал невероятно важной силой для построения местного сообщества.
Этот лагерь является частью проекта «Европейская молодежь в действии: политики за климатическую справедливость», который софинансируется программой Европейской комиссии CERV (Граждане, равенство, права и ценности).
Проект «Европейская молодежь в действии» (EYA) помогает молодым людям доносить свое мнение до тех, кто принимает решения по климатическим проблемам. Проект дает возможность сформулировать собственное видение, лучше разобраться в климатических вопросах и начать действовать в трех главных направлениях: переход на экологичную энергию, борьба с псевдоэкологией (гринвошингом) и сохранение биоразнообразия.
Вид работ
Все волонтеры работают по 4-5 ч в день. Задачи могут быть разными:
- помощь на парковке и регулирование дорожного движения
- работа на информационной стойке
- логистическая и техническая помощь во время фестиваля
- помощь в работе точек питания
- поддержание чистоты на территории фестиваля
Условия
Размещение будет на территории фестиваля, в специально отведенном тенистом месте на прекрасных равнинах провинции Воеводина. Необходимо иметь свою палатку, туристический коврик и спальник. Если вы не можете привезти палатку или коврик, сообщите нам — мы сможем предоставить общие палатки для волонтеров.
Питание: три раза в день (завтрак, обед, ужин) в нашей собственной кухне.

Вид работ
Волонтеры будут участвовать в повседневной деятельности сообщества «Эммаус»: сбор, сортировка, продажа, переработка и ремонт вещей. Они проведут дни вместе с местными волонтерами и людьми, которых принимает сообщество — как во время работы, так и в свободное время.
Волонтеры будут принимать активное участие в организации блошиного рынка, отборе вещей и их раскладке на рынке.
Примерное расписание:
Воскресенье — прибытие и размещение.
Понедельник — вводный инструктаж и свободное время.
Остальные дни — работа (возможно, что активности пройдут в выходные дни, а дни отдыха перенесут на будни).
Место работы находится в 3,4 км от места проживания, волонтеров привезут на транспорте «Эммауса».
Условия
Волонтеры будут жить на территории скаутского центра Volpe Astuta — это имущество, конфискованное у мафии и переданное для скаутской деятельности.
Размещение будет в палатках, надувные матрасы предоставляются, но необходимо привезти с собой спальный мешок. На кухне готовит местный повар, но волонтеры помогают по очереди.
Wi-Fi на территории лагеря нет (интернет только на месте работы), уличные душевые без горячей воды (но по запросу могут дать солнечные мешки для душа).
В свободное время волонтеры смогут осмотреть город и его достопримечательности, а также отдохнуть на море.
Обученные кэмплидеры будут помогать волонтерам в работе, а также поддерживать их до прибытия — с логистикой и информацией о поездке.
Страховка предоставляется на весь период лагеря

1. Охрана окружающей среды.
Образование граждан (особенно детей и молодежи) о важности сохранения природы, изменение привычек в использовании природных ресурсов, продвижение производства и потребления органической пищи.
2. Защита культурного наследия и сохранение исторических достижений.
Организация культурных событий, представлений, конкурсов.
Публикация изданий (монографии, мемуары, эссе, романы, поэзия).
Формирование коллекций этнографического, исторического, археологического наследия, изобразительного и прикладного искусства.
Образование граждан о важности сохранения культуры, традиций, археологического наследия.
Деятельность в области старинных ремесел.
3. Молодежный активизм.

Работа с детьми, молодежью и взрослыми в рамках форумов, творческих мастерских и волонтерских лагерей.
Вид работ
Участники археологического лагеря (иностранные и местные волонтеры) занимаются вспомогательными задачами в рамках археологических исследований:
- удаление грунта на раскопках
- очистка крепостных валов от растительности, мха и грязи
- транспортировка материалов к месту обработки
- физическая обработка (промывка материалов) под профессиональным наблюдением и руководством членов команды.
В рамках мероприятия «Дни драконов» волонтеры:
- участвуют в организации пространства
- устанавливают реквизит, оборудование и технику
- демонтируют все после мероприятия
- присутствуют на самом событии в качестве гостей и участников организации.
Условия
Волонтеров разместят в помещении местного сообщества. Душ и раздевалки — в здании школы Душана Вукасовича Диогена (10 метров от места проживания).
Завтрак волонтеры готовят сами (холодильник заполняется продуктами), обед и ужин готовят местные домохозяйки. Продукты закупаются в местном магазине, напрямую у производителей для того, чтобы максимальная часть средств осталась в местном сообществе — это показывает его потенциал и стимулирует развитие туризма
Также есть возможность питаться в местных ресторанах в Купиново.
Археологический кэмп проходит на месте средневековой крепости Купиник и в местах обработки добытых материалов - во дворе Этнодома в Купиново, в помещении местного сообщества или в других местах по необходимости.

Moreover, if you have doubts about whether your skills and talents are really needed in this part of the world, consider this: The doctor-patient ratio in Nepal is about 1 to 36,000. Particularly in rural areas, where much of the local people live, there is a desperate, chronic shortage of medical personnel and supplies. Medical school students’ activities will include things like following doctors on their rounds, exploring different treatments for simple ailments, providing physical therapy, and participating in vaccination programs. Of all of our programs, we are perhaps most proud of the Medical Volunteer Program and the invaluable contributions of independent-minded professionals like you. Placement:
So far as placement is concerned stay in a Nepali family where they are offered Nepali food twice a day (around 9 o’clock in the morning and 7 o’clock in the evening). Tea is served in the morning and afternoon with some snacks. Usually school, local organization/club/women groups and Health post at easy distance away and the volunteers will have to work 4-5 hours everyday. Generally health post starts at 10 a.m. over 2pm. More often than not, health post run 6 days a week and Saturday is a holiday. On that day the volunteers can get together and share their experiences. They can travel to nearby towns to purchase things for daily use and other areas in case of longer vacation. Besides their teaching time, volunteers can utilize their spare time in organizing the youth and women’s groups of the community to do some worthwhile activities regarding avoidance of plastic materials and raise awareness about income generating programs.

There is a program fee associated with our program as we don't have any donor agencies; our organization is run by volunteers' and internship fees. The program fee covers airport pick up, administrative charge, training, accommodation during training at hotel, some measure sightseeing around Kathmandu during training, transportation to and from placement, accommodation and meals during placement and airport drop off. We also provide scholarships to needy children and donate funds to the schools we are affiliated with.
Upon your arrival in Nepal, you will be placed at hotel in Kathmandu 1-4 days for orientation and training. You will be provided intensive orientation for a few hours every day that will help you to be well prepared to adjust with your chosen projects. You will also receive spoken Nepal language class, cultural adjustment, personal safety, dos and does not in Nepali culture. You will also be escorted to explore temple and other most visited sites.

Lohra Castle, located in northern Thuringia, Germany, stands as one of the region’s most representative medieval fortifications located in the vicinity of important trade routes that connected the medieval world of central Europe. Though its present form is modest, the castle continues to command a striking position within the hilly landscape near a natural reserve.
With a history spanning over a thousand years, the site reflects multiple layers of architectural evolution, shaped by shifting political, economic, and social contexts over the centuries. The architectural ensemble of Lohra Castle presents a rich assortment of historical styles, with elements dating back to the 11th century. Traces of medieval fortifications and towers, as well as a Renaissance-era manor house, further illustrate the site’s transformation from a medieval defensive stronghold into a more residential and agricultural complex.
Despite its historical significance, Lohra Castle was abandoned for several decades, leading to neglect and structural deterioration. In the 1990s, the site was rediscovered and revitalised through the efforts of Open Houses, which has since used the castle as a base for heritage conservation, cultural initiatives, and international collaboration. Today, it serves as a centre for volunteer-driven maintenance efforts such as this workcamp, welcoming participants from across the world to engage with its unique built heritage.
Project description
Lohra Castle, with its centuries-old architecture and vast natural surroundings, is not only a site of historical significance but also a living, functioning place that requires continuous care and attention. This workcamp offers volunteers the opportunity to actively contribute to the sustainable management of the castle, ensuring that its grounds remain accessible, welcoming, and well preserved. While this workcamp does not involve hands-on heritage conservation interventions, it plays an equally essential role in the long-term care of the site, allowing future visitors and guests to experience and appreciate Lohra Castle as a harmoniously maintained historic and natural space.
The projects of Open Houses are based on sustainable principles, ensuring that Lohra Castle is maintained not just as a historical monument but as a living environment where culture and nature coexist. The castle is surrounded by a vast natural protected area, making its preservation an effort that combines aspects of cultural and natural heritage conservation. Through their contributions, volunteers help safeguard the balance between history and nature, keeping Lohra Castle a welcoming place for future generations of visitors, researchers, and heritage enthusiasts.

The volunteers will engage in seasonal maintenance tasks, including mowing and collecting overgrown grass, clearing organic material from public areas, and ensuring that the castle’s open spaces remain well-kept. These tasks are crucial for the aesthetic and functional upkeep of the historic ensemble, preserving the visual integrity of the castle and its surroundings. The work also extends to the general maintenance of communal spaces and halls, contributing to the overall experience of visitors who use the castle for cultural events, educational programmes, and retreats.
Beyond the practical tasks, the workcamp offers a unique and immersive experience. When the castle closes its doors to the public in the evenings, it becomes the volunteers' home, a place where they can experience the privilege of inhabiting a medieval site. In this way, they take on the role of stewards, caring for the space as if it were their own.

The association "Živimo zајedno" founded a group of parents with the aim of improving the quality of life of their children - persons with intellectual disabilities, families and the entire social community in 1997. Given that they have been in existence for over 28 years, they have extensive experience in working with people with disabilities, as well as organizing various events.
The mission of the association is to make people with developmental disabilities visible, present and active in all segments of social life, to affirm their abilities and individuality,
to promote their rights and enable them to live a dignified and fulfilling life. The values of the association are equality, commitment, tolerance, solidarity, partnership development as well as permanent education for all.
Golubinci (village/town in the municipality of Stara Pazova), 8km from the town of Stara Pazova. The town has about 5,000 inhabitants, it is a multicultural environment, the majority of the population is of the Orthodox faith, but the Catholic population is also very represented.
Various events are held in the town itself throughout the year. During the volunteers' stay, the celebration of Petrovdan will be held - the glory of the place, during which numerous outdoor activities will be organized and a fair enjoyed by all the locals.
In Stara Pazova (8 km from Golubinac) there is a train station from which you can take a fast train to Belgrade and Novi Sad in 15-20 minutes, where volunteers can get to know the numerous sights of Serbia in their free time.

Most of the activities happen outside:
- maintenance and arrangement of work and living space;
- tidying up the yard and plot;
- pulling weeds and working in the garden and greenhouse (hoeing, watering, crop care and harvesting...);
- sorting of the obtained fruits and vegetables;
- going to the local environment to empty recycling containers with PET packaging and bringing it to Oasis;
- pressing packaging and separating caps;
- visiting vulnerable families from the local community.
In addition to work activities, activities are also planned that promote togetherness, socializing, relaxation and fun for all participants of the Oasis. Table tennis, bowling, basketball are just some of the activities that will be available to volunteers during their free time. At the end of the camp, a farewell party is planned for all volunteers.

Camp Oaza Golubinci gathers people of good will who are ready to help and provide support in life and work to adults with developmental disabilities. Oasis Golubinci is a living and working community for people with disabilities, and in the Oasis itself there is accommodation for volunteers and users. Volunteers will be accommodated in houses
that have all the necessary equipment (sufficient number of bathrooms, kitchen, dining room), in double and triple rooms. All houses/accommodation units are in the same yard, so volunteers are directed to each other, although they may be in separate houses.
Given that there are 4 different kitchens, there are opportunities for volunteers to participate in the preparation of food themselves, and the association can provide the necessary food, according to our capabilities. Volunteers will be provided with bedding.

The Mountaineering Society "Mountain Spirit" was founded with the aim of inspiring young people to love nature, adopt a healthy lifestyle and build strong friendships through joint outdoor adventures. Our mission is to encourage young people to explore
nature, develop useful skills and actively participate in hiking and other outdoor activities. We believe that nature brings the most beautiful lessons, and through our activities we want to convey awareness to young people about the importance of preserving the environment.
Volunteers will:
- help prepare meals for the group, including cutting
vegetables and setting the table, thus developing teamwork.
- whitewash interior spaces and paint walls under the supervision of an experienced worker, who will provide guidance and training. - engage in simple tasks related to roofing, such as carrying materials and assisting with installation, while learning basic construction skills.
In order to relax, a walk in nature is planned, which will allow
volunteers to enjoy the environment and renew their energy. During the organized walks the volunteers will have to pick up any trash found in the nature.
In order to maintain hygiene in the camp, young people will be in
charge of tidying and cleaning the common areas.
In order to realize activities in addition to the campfire,
volunteers will undertake activities on arranging the fire pit, preparing wood for the campfire.
In order to actualize sports competitions, volunteers will undertake actions to prepare the place where the competition will be held, the organization of the necessary props (sacks, nails, hammers, ropes, etc.)
The village of Ribar is a small but charming place that takes your breath away with its natural beauty and serenity. It is known for peaceful moments spent by the river, where fishermen face daily challenges and enjoy a simple life. Here you can feel the spirit of tradition and closeness to nature, which makes it an ideal place for a vacation.

Volunteers will participate in various activities for six hours a day, spread over ten days. The working day will start at 9:00 and end at 16:00, with a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00.

During all activities, volunteers will have the support of local experts and experienced volunteers, who will guide them and ensure safety. This program allows participants to engage in useful and practical tasks while enjoying collaborative work and learning.

Volunteers will be accommodated in a house near the camp, as well as in the houses of the villagers of Ribar, and those who wish can sleep in tents. Each accommodation will have access to common areas, such as kitchens and toilets, to create pleasant and functional environments for participants.
Regarding nutrition, the organization will apply a flexible approach. The most common model involves volunteers preparing meals themselves, using shared kitchen resources.
This approach allows them to get to know the local cuisine and develop cooking skills, which can further enrich their experience.
However, in order to ensure the variety and quality of the diet, meals will also be organized at a local express restaurant, especially for special events or weekends. This mix of self-cooking and catered meals gives volunteers the opportunity to enjoy a variety of culinary experiences while building community and connecting with one another.

Rajaprajanugroh 24 School located in the northern Thailand connected to Laos border. The school is under the Rajaprajanugroh Foundation under Royal Patronage which supports
education, food and accommodation for the children who have social problem issues, for example, no parents or gradients, family
economic suffering, etc.
There are about 1,000 students that can come and stay at the school from the primary (7 years old) to high school (18 years old). Most of the students in this school are from hill tribe villages.
This is a boarding school.

Non-formal education tools can be used for creative teaching; volunteer is not required teaching certificate but required to be creative. Aims of creative teaching is giving the chance for students in the school and local community to have an opportunity to communicate with different languages and learn different cultures.Volunteer will receive teaching schedule after arrival at the
school.Volunteers would use Non-formal education tools to make activities based on intercultural and language such as the
games, songs, storytelling, and dancing. Also, it should focus on communication; listening and speaking. The activity after school – because the students stay at the school dormitory, they always have extra activities after school. The volunteer can join them to make a
more closed relationship. It will be a good opportunity to exchange the different cultures and activities. Students are learning occupation skill activities such as organic farming, handicraft, organic products.

comfort and privacy, the sleeping quarters are strictly separated by gender (male and female).
Bedding: basic bedding including mattresses, pillows and blankets will be provided by the school. Facilities: Living on-site offers a unique
"campus life" feel, with shared bathroom facilities typically designed in the local Thai school style.

meals are provided throughout the duration of the camp to ensure volunteers are well-fed and energized.

Задачи волонтёра:
• Помогать учителям на уроках английского языка в школе;
• Подготавливать вместе с учителями интерактивные занятия и материалы;
• Проводить игровые и творческие активности на английском языке (игры, песни, сторителлинг, танцы, языковые игры);
• Поддерживать учеников в практике разговорного английского (особенно навыков слушания и говорения);
• Помогать в организации тематических языковых мероприятий;
• Участвовать во внеурочных активностях вместе со школьниками, проживающими в общежитии.
Условия
Есть оргвзносы для участия в проекте: 10 000 рублей до отъезда (в отправляющую организацию России) + 10 000 бат после прибытия (в Таиланде) (около 270 евро по курсу на март 2026).
Дорожные расходы до места встречи (международный аэропорт Чианграй) несет сам волонтер.
Проживание предоставляется и организуется на территории школы: каждому волонтеру будет обеспечена отдельная кровать в общей спальной комнате.
Волонтерам будет предоставлено трехразовое питание.
В здании проживания есть Wi-Fi.
