An administrative role would require the volunteer to have skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Tasks can be varied depending on time of arrival, but can include PR, Fundraising, writing the monthly Sambhali Newsletter and updating Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Instagram). As Sambhali is linked to the United Nations, by being provided with Special Consultative Status, we aim to participate by developing campaigns in Jodhpur in a variety of topics surrounding women’s empowerment (eg End violence towards women) at least on a yearly basis. Volunteers in this role would help to organise these campaigns. This role can also be combined with a teaching role.

You will need to work around 6 hours per day in a flexible way. Volunteers visit their projects from Monday to Friday so you are free on the weekends. Additionally, you need to attend a weekly volunteer meeting and sign up for volunteer shifts at the Sambhali Boutique in Jodhpur's Old Town on Sundays.

There is no fee for volunteers at Sambhali Trust.
The NGO will assist volunteers with finding accommodation. Please discuss details when applying to volunteer. Usually, volunteers stay at the Durag Niwas Guesthouse which is right next to our Sambhali House. The volunteer coordinator will advise volunteers on where to stay but expected costs at Durag Niwas are: non air-con room single 32,000 rps, shared 22,000 rps, and four shared 15,000 rps including three meals a day, drinking water, wifi, rooftop, picking up and dropping from Jodhpur airport, shared refrigerator and washing machine.

Мы, папа, мама и 4 ро детей , любим активно и с пользой отдыхать на природе, любим природу и историю родного края.

Чтобы быть ближе ко всему этому в 2020 году мы купили двухэтажный дом в селе, в тихом, экологически чистом, исторически интересном месте на берегу Амура.

Мы готовым поделиться всем этим с Вами в обмен на посильную и интересную для Вас помощь в развитии co-glamping (wildping).

Будем рады вместе с Вами дружно работать, весело отдыхать, организовывать и проводить разные интересные мероприятия ( походы, мастер -классы, кинопросмотры, спортивные занятия, арт фестивали и т.п.) как для своей внутренней компании, так и для приглашенных гостей.

Наведение порядка, мелкий ремонт, строительство, дизайн , ландшафтный дизайн и т.п. будущего co-wildpinga (совместной базы отдыха по типу коворкинга).

Разработка туристических маршрутов, организация экскурский, проведение совместных творческих мероприятий - организация полезной и комфортной среды для совместного приятного отдыха.

Условия

Возможные варианты проживания: койко-место в большом доме 120 кв. (несколько комнат на втором этаже) - круглогодично,
место под палатку (если есть желание) - в летнее время.
Семья с детьми сможет занять отдельную комнату.

В доме находится оборудованная кухня и столовая.

Есть классическая баня.

Удобства пока на улице или биотуалет, в планах - их организация в доме.

Готовить самим - базовыми продуктами (крупы, мука, консервы, масло) обеспечим. Если нас много, то создадим график дежурств по кухне и уборке мест общего пользования.

Основное вознаграждение волонтера - возможность отдохнуть в тихом , экологически - чистом месте с интересной историей ( рядом находятся стоянки древних людей и природные памятники), провести время активно, в интересной компании. Получить цифровой детокс, наполниться силами и идеями для новых свершений. Дети увидят живой мир без гаджетов))

Денежное вознаграждение возможно по результатам труда ( если выйдем на коммерциализацию проекта).

Our projects are carried out with a very low budget, we ask volunteers to donate $ 10 per day for food. Accommodation is at the volunteer's expense.
The currencies are the US dollars and the Congolese franc.
There are banks with ATMs. Please be aware that Traveler’s Checks are not accepted in any shops or exchanged in any of the banks in town. US Dollars against local currency.

- Four schools for children in slums in New Delhi
We have four schools where we offer education to children that would not otherwise get it. These are: Baljeet Nagar School, Nehru Nagar Slum School, Zakheera Slum School and Pandav Nagar Slum School. -Women's empowerment program
Unfortunately, many women in slums in New Delhi finds themself in horrible situations like not being able to care for their children after their husbands death etc. Sonu gives these women opportunities to support themselves and their children through self-sustainable enterprises. Teaching the women different skills such as sewing, candle-making and running their own businesses is just a small step towards giving these women more freedom and confidence. -Thriveseed Responsible Tourism
This project, launched in 2017, enables former Thriveseed pupils to earn money by working as tour organisers. This not only provides former Thriveseed students with an income that they would not have otherwise had, but it also encourages current Thriveseed students to pursue their education to a high level so that they develop the maths, English and Hindi writing skills necessary to carry out this type of work. We accept all kind of help and are happy to share any of your gifts with our students. Of course, we do need assistance in our english, math and hindi classes, but you could also help out with teaching the women in the women's empowerment program handcraft that you know, make food in our community kitchen etc. We also love to teach the children new kind of games that you might know from your home country. You could also help with taking pictures and posting about our project on social media -Imagination is the only limit when it comes to helping out with our project.

Условия

When volunteering with us, you pay a one time registration fee of 15 USD. This goes directly to keeping our project running.

If you are choosing to stay with one of our host families, the price for accommodation and food is 120 USD each week. You are also free to stay other places, and will then not pay any fee other than the one time fee of 15 USD.
