Don Bosco was one of the best educators of modern times as he developed success-oriented teaching methods. Every youth has a huge potential. The whole educational work is done by pupil’s parents, teachers, educators and volunteers altogether. The objective is to make sure the youth is in the best conditions to experience in a positive way his abilities.
Thus, the youth feels empowered because he realizes that he has true abilities, gains self-esteem and throws himself into his homework because he enjoys doing it.
The main objective is to help these young people to achieve academic, human and social success through three cornerstones:
■ Reason: discussing on issues drives them to use their abilities to think, to make decisions and to get involved.
■ Religion: as a way to look for meaning in their lives.
■ Love: which is shown by the educators through being a loving, strict and attentive person and by the youth by being grateful.
■ This teaching method is based on confidence in youths’ positive future.

As a volunteer, your presence is a very important asset but you will not replace the educators who are currently working there. You will have to assist the team.

WHERE IS THE VOLUNTEER
In Colca, near Cusco.
Colca is a community 40.90 km away (25.41 mi) from Cusco. But that to get there we must cross the Apurimac River canyon traveling a total of 104 km (64.9 mi) along a road that draws the mountain.

GOALS
Promote sports, meditation and healthy eating.
Carry out activities that offer opportunities to children in vulnerable conditions.
Promote environmental care, respect for culture and human values.

VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
+ Teach values to school children.
+ Teach English, communication and mathematics to children aged 7 to 12 years.
+ Promote the practice of sports such as football, basketball, volleyball and others.
+ Cut grass and feed the guinea pigs.
+ Plant native trees in the school field.
+ Help cook in our host's house.
+ Participate in agricultural activities to residents of Colca.
+ Participate in community activities for the good of the environment.

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION
A family welcomes the volunteer in their house, here they will have a room, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner.

VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE
MONDAY TO THURSDAY
7:00 am. First food You drink tea, coffee or light food.
7:30 am. Feed the guinea pigs.
8:30 am Breakfast. Consistent in something consistent to withstand the work of the day.
9:00 am. Start of activities scheduled for this day.
12:30 pm. Lunch.
1:30 p.m. Break.
2:30 p.m. Cut grass for the guinea pigs and bring to the guinea pig's house.
3:30 p.m. Classes with the children.
17:45 pm Dinner.
This schedule is flexible, according to the willingness of the volunteer.

FRIDAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
You can take days off or join us in agricultural or communal activities.

Экскурсионный маршрут Жигулёвского заповедника «Стрельная гора» является одним из самых посещаемых объектов среди гостей и жителей Самарской области. Это одна из самых высоких вершин Жигулей (351 м над у. м.), с которой открывается прекрасный вид на волжские дали, острова, горную гряду Жигулей, плотину ГЭС и Тольятти c окрестностями. На её склонах находятся участки древнейших в Поволжье сообществ каменистых степей с реликтовой и эндемичной флорой и фауной — это «золотой фонд» заповедника. Для сохранения растительности от вытаптывания тропа оборудована металлическим настилом с перилами, за пределы которого запрещено выходить, но не все туристы соблюдают данное правило.

Необходимо дополнительно информировать посетителей, а именно рассказывать на двух смотровых площадках экскурсионного маршрута " Стрельная гора", об уникальности и ценности этого места и необходимости соблюдения правил экотуриста.
В свободное время волонтёры могут посетить другие экскурсионные маршруты: «Каменная чаша» и «Городок барсуков», отдохнуть на берегу реки Волга, насладиться прекрасными видами Жигулёвских гор.

Условия

Работа только в выходные (суббота, воскресенье) и в праздничные дни по 4 часа: с 12.00 до 16.00 и с 16.00 до 20.00, выбор смены по желанию. Заезд осуществляется в пятницу.
Жигулёвский заповедник предоставляет участникам проекта:

— необходимый инвентарь и униформу;

— место проживания — туристический приют заповедника в живописном месте на берегу реки Волга, в котором есть все необходимое: кухня для самостоятельного приготовления пищи, прачечная, душ и санузел внутри помещения;
— трансфер от места размещения до места проведения проекта и обратно;
-наличии страховки приветствуется.

The Northeast Ohio Angler's Association welcomes all anglers - regardless of age, race, creed, sex, experience, or ability - to become better fisherman, conservationists, outdoorsman, and over-all people by keeping the community up to date on the latest information and news that effects our waters.

By providing an open channel of dialog and information it is our vision to help grow the fishing community as a whole. Feel free to ask questions, share catches and knowledge, and be involved without fear.

NEOAA does not and will not tolerate the belittling of any kind towards any community member. Outdoorsman, anglers in particular, are generally a friendly bunch. Willing to share knowledge, learn, and teach others who are genuinely interested (just not honey holes). Racism, sexism, or any type of bullying will be met swiftly and accordingly. If you run into a problem please contact an administrator immediately and we will handle the situation as soon as possible.

To enhance your experience through NEOAA as much as possible you may consider becoming an official member. Members get the benefit of being invited to exclusive tournaments, outings, activities, and much more throughout the year. Contact an administrator for full/more details.

Every year, in December, NEOAA recognizes anglers on a number of accomplishments including Largest Fish (of multiple species), Most Species Caught, Specialist of the Year, Contributer of the Year, Mentor of the Year, Conservationist of the Year, Youth Angler of the Year, Angler of the Year and more.

As this is our first year in operation please bare with us as we continue to build in preparation for next season. We are granting early access to "get our feet wet" and get to know the community. We hope to to become a premier force in the Ohio fishing world and we can do that with help from all of you!

Цель проекта - расчистка одного из самый прекрасных пеших туристических маршрутов в Прибайкальском национальном парке. В бухте Песчаная. Ее необходимо расчистить от заваленных деревьев.

Условия

будем выбираться из Иркутска. 18 выезжаем в Большое Голоустное, оттуда на лодках до бухты, там расположимся в доме на берегу. Удобства на улице. Вместо горячего душа - горячая баня.

Hoa Mai Children Home is the half way home for 50 abandoned children. Their families are broken due to divorce or financial difficulties. The home takes them in and gives them accommodation, food and arranges for them to go to school for general education. There are only two care-givers who look after the children and they are burdened with the task of providing care and life skills for the children. Volunteers are expected to help with the following programs:
- Helping the youngest children aged 4 to 6 years old with daily life activities such as : bathing, dressing, cleaning face, teeth
- Assisting with cleaning and tidying the bedrooms and living environment
- Assisting our Vietnamese English teacher to teach basic English, arts, crafts, music and sports
- Assisting with taking the children for outing trips for sports and entertainment
- Teaching other life skills

Bui Thi Xuan Primary School is a daily boarding school for 100 underprivileged children from Vi Tan village. Due to the financial needs, their parents have to move to the big cities to work. The children are left behind with their relatives such as grandparents, aunts and uncles. The children attend the school for an education illiteracy program but many subjects are left out, especially English, arts, crafts and sports. Volunteers are expected to help with the following programs:
- Assisting our staff to teach basic English, personal hygiene
- Teaching arts, crafts and sports
- Teaching games and life skills

Volunteers will work in a team with our local staff and other volunteers to carry out the above activities.On your arrival, our team will give you a few days of orientation and training. We will help you to plan activities and lessons and accompany you to the placement sites to conduct the activities.

We are a non-profit organization ( NPO). We do not receive any funding from the government or donors to run our programs. We solely rely on volunteer placement fees to operate. By paying our fees, you will help us to carry out our mission in helping the people of Vietnam. Your fees are for:
- Volunteer house/ meals/ transportation to and from work during your stay
- Support staff team ( 24/7) to give pre-departure information/support/ pick up and training on arrival and accompany you to the placement sites to carry out activities
- Donations for needed materials and supplies for the centers and schools we support
- Language and cultural activities and local sightseeing for you during your stay
- Emergency support for medical health and safety
In general, the fees will cover most of your daily needs when you are with us. You only need to budget for your personal expenses and travels to explore the country.

В 2020 году мы начинаем полноценный проект по технологии «Ценностно-ориентированное добровольчество» на Урале. Мы хотим передать опыт, накопленный за 18 лет волонтёрства на Байкале, и заложить традицию по
созданию экотроп на Урале. Название нового проекта "Хранители троп Урала" и он является социальной франшизой «Байкальского проекта».

Мы начнём строительство эко-тропы «Ключ-Камень». Из дикой рыбацкой тропы и непроходимых завалов мы создадим современную образовательную эко-тропу. Это изменит статус данной территории и сохранит первозданный лес. Появится возможность для экопросвещения школьных коллективов, туристов и местных жителей. Проект станет прецедентом/примером создания подобных троп на Урале.

Новая эко тропа пройдёт по левому берегу реки Чусовая от деревни Каменка в направлении Нижнего села. Тропа будет круговой и примерно 2 км. Нижняя часть тропу будет проходить по нетронутому лесу, где сохранились вековые ели и сосны, лишайники и мхи. Верхняя тропа выходит на несколько обзорных площадок, включая Камень Каменский и декорации Свердловской киностудии

Как волонтёры мы организуем проекты для волонтёров, чтобы поддержать наши общие ценности, помочь каждому личностно расти, обрести видение дальнейшего развития на благо других и самого себя. Поэтому наши проекты состоят из трёх направлений:

1 . Отпуск/каникулы с пользой. Мы работам всего 4 дня из 10, но вместе мы создадим экотропу, которой будут пользоваться люди очень долго. Вы и сами многому научитесь: строить тропы, работать различным инструментом, придумывать дизайн, работать в команде.

2. Приключения вместо пассивного отдыха. Большую часть проекта мы общаемся и путешествуем. 3-4 дня мы сплавляемся на катамаранах по реке Чусовая. По пути увидим прекрасные скалы, хвойный и лиственный лес, уральские сёла.

3. Постоянный личностный рост. В течение всей смены будут проходить короткие и подробные презентации о добровольчестве и личностном росте. Мы хорошо познакомимся и поделимся опытом. Будут интересные небольшие задания и глубокие обсуждения.

В благодарность за волонтёрский труд мы организуем крутой тренинг по личностному росту, а участники компенсируют расходы, чтобы мы как организаторы не тратили свои творческие силы и свободное время на борьбу за грантовые средства. В этот раз возможен успешный грант, но если вы можете, то сделайте взнос за своё участие в полном размере.

В начале мы будет строить новую тропу: расчищать завалы, убирать кустарник, пересаживать растения, снимать дёрн, отсыпать тропу, работать с камнями, создавать дизайн тропы, делать лавочки, устанавливать информационные щиты, работать с различным инструментом.

Во время похода: будем сплавляться на катамаранах по реке Чусовая, делать остановки на ночевки, разворачивать лагерь, готовить на костре, ходить в небольшие экскурсии, фотографировать достопримечательности, слушать местные истории и байки, знакомиться с местными жителями.

За весь проект: обсуждать вопросы о добровольчестве/семье/миротворчестве/экологии, писать отзывы (анализ дня), создавать легенду смены, делиться своим мнением, учиться слушать других, развивать другие полезные навыки общения и личностного роста.

Условия

На июльские и августовские смены мы снизили оргвзнос до минимума, т.к. планируется использование средств гранта. Результаты про грант будут известны 15 июня.

Сейчас мы собираем заявки и на конкурсной основе отберём участников этих смен. Вне конкурса идут те, кто готов оплатить расходы за себя - 5000 (питание и сплав).

На территории загородного клуба (партнёр проекта) есть: автостоянка, большой жилой корпус (несколько мест для нас), баня, туалеты, доступ к электричеству и прочие удобства. Кто-то может снять домик или номер.

Организаторы предоставляют палатки, общее походное снаряжение (котлы и прочее), катамараны, спасжилеты, строительные инструменты и материалы, перчатки, общую аптечку. Также обеспечивают трансфер во время проекта, закупку и хранения продуктов, подготовку и участие специалистов, поиск “тех самым-самых” участников.

Добраться до места проекта можно самостоятельно на автомобиле или на электричке до станции "Кузино", где мы вас встретим и довезем.

Условия

стационарный лагерь будет находиться в гостевом доме на мысе Кадильном, в гостевом доме, где имеются спальные места, кухня и баня, электричество подается несколько часов в сутки (по необходимости).
