Мы - обычная семья : папа Сергей, мама Галина, дети Ваня -15 лет, Валя -12 лет, Тим -6 лет и Маруся -3 года.
Мы придерживаемся здорового образа жизни, любим природу, активный отдых, изучать историю родного края, а также творчество.
В один прекрасный день все так сложилось, что мы приобрели интересный дом в удивительном месте на природе для семейного отдыха.
Нам так понравились дом и место, что мы подумали: почему бы нам не делиться тем , что у нас есть с другими , особенно семьями. Так зародился наш проект.
Зародился он, когда младшей дочери был всего год, а у старших детей шла активная адаптация в образовательных организациях, поиск своей образовательной траектории.
Сейчас все стабилизировалось, и мы готовы вступить в активную фазу развития нашего проекта. Поэтому мы ищем волонтеров как непосредственно для работы на базе, так и онлайн волонтеров для помощи в продвижении проекта в сети, фандрайзинга, написания грантовых заявок, привлечения коммерческих клиентов для финансирования безоплатной части проекта.

Our projects are carried out with a very low budget, we ask volunteers to donate $ 10 per day for food. Accommodation is at the volunteer's expense.
The currencies are the US dollars and the Congolese franc.
There are banks with ATMs. Please be aware that Traveler’s Checks are not accepted in any shops or exchanged in any of the banks in town. US Dollars against local currency.

What you will be doing?

During your volunteer placement, you will be working with the academy managers and the coach. Most activities are teaching during school sports lessons and after school academy football training. School sports lessons are held during assigned class periods and academy training with Coach dodu start from 3:30pm onwards at the Obomeng Park.

There are other training sessions in the morning which volunteers can be involved. The activities are weekend football matches, joint training and seasonal kicking off tournament by our Partners. All events are open for volunteer involvement.

What we expect from Volunteers:

As an organization that thrives on volunteer placement, we always appreciate people who have the intention to join our volunteer program and make a change or introduce new skills and integrity. We stick to goals of integrity and knowledge to help sustain our operations.

With this we expect volunteers to exhibit enthusiasm and great passion in all activities with our team. Volunteers are not mandated to bring along sports products as donations but the lack of more dynamic training tools and skills development materials makes it difficult for volunteers to involve players in related activities.

It's only nice to get something for the lads. Things that are mostly donated during volunteer placement are football, blazers, jerseys, boots, football and other things volunteers want to share with the academy.

The Okwawu city soccer academy is an organization focused on leveraging sports to create hope for local sports talent, developing the Obomeng community and some twenty (20) sub communities. Our core operations factor the nurturing of football talents from the age of 10 to 15 respectively.

As a nonprofit organization working in Obomeng-kwahu, eastern-region Ghana, we welcome all volunteers interested in our goals to create community social impact and also give hope to the young football talents.

Placement is Free; volunteers will be living with our host family in Obomeng. However, volunteers will pay 10$ daily which can also be paid in full to support the running of the various necessity services like water and electricity among other facilities used at the host family. Volunteers will pay for their transport from Accra airport to placement area.

On your arrival at Kotoka Airport Accra, there will be our staff Nana or kwame who will pick you up and travel with you to Kwahu by state transport bus. Other expenses will be movement within the Kwahu area (variable cost). Our reliable taxi drivers will always be available to drive you around.

Volunteers will always move out with a guide until they've been able to learn the routes in the Kwahu environment. We trust our taxi drivers and they will be there always to escort you to locations of interest.

в экскурсионном бюро требуются помощники, если ты мечтаешь увидеть Байкал, то самое время присоединиться к команде волонтеров в Хужире.
в свободное время мы катаемся на велосипедах, ездим по экскурсиям, гуляем по пляжам Ольхона, ездим купаться на теплые озера, играем в настольные игры, паримся в бане, поем песни у костра, ходим в походы.

что нужно делать - помогать со сбором посуды и продуктов для экскурсионного маршрута, мыть посуду после экскурсий, содержать в порядке место проживания и место для приема пищи, готовить пищу в лагере для волонтеров.
также, если есть желание помогать в сувенирном магазине или в ларьке с рыбой.
работаем 4-5 часов в день, 2 дня выходных, даем питание, проживание по 2 человека в домике. туалет, душ, стиральная машина, постель и белье выдаем. Лагерь находится в лесу, напротив лагеря пляж.

Placement comes at a minimum charge; volunteers will be living with our host family in Accra. However, volunteers pay $70 per month to support utility bills and other facilities volunteers will use at the host family's residence.

Volunteers will be picked up from the airport to the placement area for free. On your arrival, Shadrach will pick you up from the airport.

Accommodation, food, and security is free as it is captured in the placement charge.

The host family's residence is mostly a walking distance from the Mayflower Beacon School Complex. Location farther from the School will attract transport cost but you will know more during induction.

What to pack?
Casual clothes mostly. If you are a sports enthusiast you'll need to come along with your sports apparel.

Don't hesitate to phone in for further inquiries on things to bring and not to bring. There is also the possibility of making purchases here in Ghana hence don't overpack.

Bedrooms - 

Bedrooms are shared usually between 2 - 3 people. Most bedrooms are a medium size and come with a mix of single or bunk beds. Rooms have health features that prevent mosquitos and other insects. You can bring other net structures that ensure quality health precautions.

Bathrooms - 

The host family have 2 baths available for volunteers at their convenience .They all have attached toilet access and the flow of water. There are times when water usage will have to be considerate during the dry season.


Leisure Area -

You will find a sizable corridor area where volunteers can relax and enjoy drinks and read as well. This spacious area is mostly turned into a movie corner in the night , volunteers can bring along their favorite movies in all formats to help keep the volunteer period more fun.

Teach English and Math to children in Rajasthan

Primary Education Centers (post-lunch): There are 4 centers in Jodhpur with approximately 30-40 children (boys and girls, 5-12 years old). These centers have been established to teach the children of the mothers’ who attend the empowerment centers and to extend this out to others. The aim is to provide a basic education in Hindi, English and Math to enable and encourage these children to go to school. For the very young children, art & craft and primary education workshops will also be given as well as general knowledge workshops on a weekly basis.
Usually, volunteers stay at one of our centers the whole day. They will get a lunchbox from Durag Niwas Guesthouse and eat together with the local staff and some of their students at their projects.

You will need to work around 6 hours per day in a flexible way. Volunteers visit their projects from Monday to Friday so you are free on the weekends. Additionally, you need to attend a weekly volunteer meeting and sign up for volunteer shifts at the Sambhali Boutique in Jodhpur's Old Town on Sundays.

There is no fee for volunteers at Sambhali Trust.
The NGO will assist volunteers with finding accommodation. Please discuss details when applying to volunteer. Usually, volunteers stay at the Durag Niwas Guesthouse which is right next to our Sambhali House. The volunteer coordinator will advise volunteers on where to stay but expected costs at Durag Niwas are: non air-con room single 32,000 rps, shared 22,000 rps, and four shared 15,000 rps including three meals a day, drinking water, wifi, rooftop, picking up and dropping from Jodhpur airport, shared refrigerator and washing machine.
