We are preparing for the arrival of visitors/volunteers on project site in Uganda. We need a volunteer (s) that can mobilise 20 persons and/or teams of well-wishers & have each person or team contribute $100 for construction of a bio latrine/toilet

In addition to providing sanitation services, the Bio Latrine/toilet is also expected to give light as security at the "Environmental Education Hub" where the volunteers (visitors) are expected to camp during the term of community service etc as a way.of identitying with the community. $2000 shall also facilitate the cleaning/treatment of water in the already dug underground water well coupled with protection of the source/well using a slab. The well would be a source of water for irrigation and domestic use among others. We aim to also procure a solar water pump and pipe to facilitate upcoming irrigation efforts.

Self-driven, result oriented and creative volunteers with social marketing skills, negotiation and people skills. Passionate about community service. Preferably proficient in the English Language. We need the volunteer (s) to be able to mobilise 20 well-wishers (individuals and/or teams) willingly able to contribute at least $100 each thus a total of $2000 towards this cause. Through this project, we are also preparing for the arrival of visitors/volunteers at the field (Project site) in Uganda to participate in different programme activities to include education, research and rural development.

This is a fundraising activity using a crowfunding approach. This volunteer placement is an effort towards building the Environmental Education Hub. At the "Environmental Education Hub" Project - We promote climate/environment friendly solutions, a responsibility for everyone for the benefit of generations to come. Sustainability should be the idea of comfort. We work to ensure local vision especially for young people like children, and women-headed households is clear inaddition to needs.

This is an on-line task that does not require traveling to the project host country Uganda. However, upon successful completion of task, the volunteer shall be awarded ;- (a) Certificate of recognition. (b) Honorary Membership with 50% discount on volunteer participation fees for one field volunteer placement at the Project site in Uganda. (c) Visibility (Name mention) in publications e.g. reports.

We believe a child below the age of 18 years can equally make something happen towards positively building this project; so can anyone that does not speak English. However, for purposes of ensuring mutual understanding during the back and forth communication process, we encourage adults accompanying/mentoring the interested child and; help of a translator/interpreter in case of the person that does not speak English.
