Basically I need someone to accompany me to various departments, mostly government, to pursue a matter. I'm old now and need someone to be with me. Should be able to talk to people. It means take an active interest in the matters I am pursuing, which mainly is to get justice for a property fruad. After the resolution of this matter I intend to sell the apartment and move abroad, most likely to Russia. Also, I have some vacant rooms and the volunteer can help me with Airbnb if possible, or some interior decorations and taking good photos of the rooms and uploading to Airbnb and other sites. If there is an income with the volunteer's help she can keep a commission and we can talk about that too. Can also help me make a small sitting area or garden or so some very small scale farming on the rooftop either with plants or birds etc. It's a good nice clean central locality of the city.
