PROGRAM MANAGER  Responsible for program planning and design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level  Work with identified farmers in the selected wards and monitor their plans and activities  Develop and propose the necessary training for the farmers MARKETING MANAGER   Developing markets data  Develop markets links which can be easily used by farmers  Design a preferable system to improve the current market situation PROPOSAL WRITERS AND SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT DEVELOPER  Prepare introductions, letters of intent, grant requests/proposals, grant reports, sponsorship package copy, individual donor appeals, and similar fundraising materials  Developing content for the organization social media

The volunteer will pay 12 USD as a fee per week to cover transport cost from the office to the field, the volunteers will be helped to get safe and cheap houses to stay, will be offered free airport pickup and will get an opportunity to visit some of tourist places
