QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a webmaster A clear vision on web strategy and execution Strong command of cross-browser development techniques and Understanding of responsive design and development In depth social media monitoring and management skills Knowledge of designing for search engine optimization (SEO) Familiarity with CMSs such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Joomla, etc... Working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dream-weaver, Knowledge and skills for creating audio/video Excellent written communication skills Ability to create templates and designs for CSAG presentations or other communication materials Ability to work with minimal direction and completes requests in a timely fashion Makes time for unplanned assignments and quickly adapts to changing priorities Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, design and maintain an innovative, engaging, and informative CSAG website and intranet Manage CSAG’s social media profiles e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Google+ etc... Ensure that CSAG website and intranet are secure, protected, bug free, and that links are functioning Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, knowledge management databases, emails, social media and display advertising campaigns for CSAG channels Monitor, examine and analyze website and social media traffic and improve performance indicators Train staff regarding how to upload content onto website and social media platforms Create new tools and procedures that enhance CSAG’s website, social media visibility, information quality and speed Undertake other related tasks as required by the Communication Director Ensure the website is user-friendly, accessible, and responsive. Maintain and update the website as needed
