We are looking for your practical skills and any support for a good cause in Kenya to support locals in construction and renovation projects. With an ongoing shortage of manpower and a lack of funds, we are looking forward to welcoming volunteers who are dedicated to building a better future for those less fortunate. Volunteers who bring the right spirit and an eagerness to learn will also fit right in our programs

Most homes where we are serving, live in terrible conditions. Entire families reside in cardboard shacks, lacking all amenities. Some areas have been affected by natural disasters and need help with reconstruction while other communities simply lack resources and manpower to work on the structural improvements and renovation measures of facilities like schools and daycare centers

Many children in these communities we are serving simply don’t receive the special care and support they deserve which has led to socio-economic issues like teenage pregnancy, petty crime, and substance abuse. This phenomenon is especially visible in slums and rural areas. Luckily, through our organization, we are dedicated to community development and providing a safe space for them. By introducing sports programs and engaging the local youth and Kids in different opportunities, the programs are successfully bringing across values such as teamwork, structure, discipline, and self-confidence.

We often struggle to run our programs and to raise funds from international donors. Many staff members are volunteers themselves and receive no or a very small salary. We urgently need support from our volunteers to work in funds-raising, proposal writing, organizational development, IT, administration, community development, reports, and case studies. It is also a great opportunity to meet people from around the world who constantly visit us, and exchange experiences.

1. Volunteer task

We are committed to addressing poverty among disadvantaged households in slums and rural villages in Kenya, Africa. Volunteer with us, to positively impact underprivileged communities in Kenya as you will fully be immersed in Kenya's culture. We have ongoing environmental conservation and agricultural programs, that need more hands and ideas from volunteers like you, and as a nature lover, this is an opportunity to experience the Kenyan lifestyle through environmental conservation, climate change activities, and sustainable agricultural activities.
